By creating an organization on the CLK Cloud console, you agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law, and not for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis during beta, without warranty of any kind. We'll give you notice of any changes that could affect your data or workloads wherever we reasonably can.
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your organization.
You may use the CLK Cloud API with API keys created by an organization owner or admin. Keys act on behalf of the person who created them and are subject to the same roles, limits and approval rules as the console. Keep keys secret and revoke any you suspect are exposed; the organization is responsible for what is done with its keys. Requests are rate limited per key (see the X-RateLimit headers), and we may throttle or suspend keys that harm the service or other customers. Webhook endpoints must be yours or operated with the owner's consent; we only deliver to public https addresses. Events are kept for 30 days and delivered at least once, so receivers must handle duplicates. The API is versioned: we make breaking changes only in a new major version and announce deprecations at least 6 months ahead.
The monthly price you order at is locked for 12 months from the day your server starts. We won't raise it during that period. Prices exclude VAT.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. We'll tell you why, and give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first, except where law or an active security incident prevents it.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
