CLK AS, a Norwegian company, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the CLK Cloud console.
Contact details you give us directly — your email address when you request beta access or subscribe for updates, and account information (name, email, organization) when you sign up for the console. We don't run third-party analytics or ad tracking on this site. If you accept cookies, we also count anonymous visits (see Cookies below).
Only if you accept, we set two first-party cookies: a random visitor ID (1 year) and a random session ID (30 minutes of inactivity). With them we count page views, sessions and unique visitors, stored together with the page, language and the referring website's domain. We don't store your IP address, and no data is shared with third parties. If you decline, no cookies are set and nothing is counted. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
To respond to your access request, to operate your console account and organization, and to send you service-related updates you've asked for. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Beta-access and subscription emails are kept until you ask us to delete them. Console account data is kept for as long as your organization is active, plus a limited period after closure for legal/accounting requirements.
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to export it in a portable format. Contact us using the details on our Support page and we'll respond directly — no ticketing system for this.
On infrastructure we operate ourselves in Norway — see our Regions page for detail. We don't route personal data through third-country cloud providers.
