By creating an organization on the CLK Cloud console, you agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law, and not for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis during beta, without warranty of any kind. We'll give you notice of any changes that could affect your data or workloads wherever we reasonably can.
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your organization.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. We'll tell you why, and give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first, except where law or an active security incident prevents it.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
