Trust and compliance

Built for regulated industries

One region today — Norway — chosen because it's where CLK operates, not picked from a global list of availability zones. More detail on what that actually guarantees, below.

Physical location

Compute, storage and networking run on infrastructure physically located in Norway, operated directly by our own team — not leased capacity inside a larger foreign cloud's data center.

Jurisdiction

Because the infrastructure and the company operating it are both Norwegian, your data is governed by Norwegian and EU law — not subject to the US CLOUD Act or a Schrems II-style transfer risk.

Who can access your data

Administrative access is limited to our own staff, operating under the same jurisdiction as your data. We don't outsource operations to a third party in a different country.

What's next

Additional regions are on our roadmap as demand grows — we'll publish real detail here once there's something real to publish, not before.

Public sector, finance and healthcare workloads can run on infrastructure that stays inside the region's own borders, audited to the standards each sector requires.
