CLK AS, a Norwegian company, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the CLK Cloud console.
Contact details you give us directly — your email address when you request beta access or subscribe for updates, and account information (name, email, organization) when you sign up for the console. We don't run third-party analytics or ad tracking on this site.
To respond to your access request, to operate your console account and organization, and to send you service-related updates you've asked for. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Beta-access and subscription emails are kept until you ask us to delete them. Console account data is kept for as long as your organization is active, plus a limited period after closure for legal/accounting requirements.
Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to export it in a portable format. Contact us using the details on our Support page and we'll respond directly — no ticketing system for this.
On infrastructure we operate ourselves in Norway — see our Regions page for detail. We don't route personal data through third-country cloud providers.
